It can’t get much better than combining a dreamy backyard with tall trees, a tea party, and Bridgerton vibes. Lindsey and Kate’s intimate and colorful Bridgerton wedding was everything. The intentional and personal details found throughout their wedding were personal to their relationship. While they kept the event small in numbers, it was filled with love and personality. After their private ceremony, the couple invited guests to a tea-party-styled backyard reception.

An Intimate Bridgerton Wedding Ceremony

When I arrived at Lindsey and Kate’s wedding, I was immediately transported to a Bridgerton-inspired event with nods to Taylor Swift and some other favorite things. In one of our first conversations, they shared their love for Taylor Swift, cats, and reading – it was a match made in the stars. Above all else, I knew I had to be their photographer!

Our couple focused on being present throughout their wedding day, opting for a private wedding ceremony. Lindsey and Kate’s ceremony was beautiful, with an officiant and me alongside them. They could make lifelong vows and promises to one another in an intimate ceremony. After they were pronounced a married couple, they invited close friends to celebrate with them!

A Colorful Tea Party Reception

Shortly after the vows were read, our couple celebrated in style! Their backyard hosted a floral-packed tea party set-up perfect for Lindsey and Kate. Throughout the event, the overall vibe was Taylor Swift’s ‘Lover’ album and had to have loads of tea. Lindsey and Kate’s attention to detail throughout the event was incredible. As it was a smaller event, they could focus on ensuring every little detail was exactly how they wanted, with personal details celebrating their relationship throughout. Another detail I loved was the flowers and table settings for the tea party! Throughout the evening, laughter, happiness, and beautiful memories were made.

After the breathtaking Bridgerton wedding, our couple started their next chapter together. Congratulations to Lindsey and Kate!
