Surrounded by a sea of incredibly talented photographers, and videographers it can be overwhelming trying to find the perfect fit for your day. I have been there! My husband and I eloped and finding the perfect Nashville elopement photographer was tough. There is so much talent out there. Hopefully, if you’ve stumbled into my corner of the internet you’re interested in my photography style (yay!) and are considering reaching out. Let’s walk through my most popular Nashville elopement packages together!
Where to Begin
First, you’ll begin the inquiry process by filling out a contact form and sharing all the details about your big day. This is huge! I want to know about your love story, your big day, and all your dreamy details. If couples don’t share, I don’t reach out. It’s a part of my process because I want to get to know you. I want to be able to serve you the best I can. In my world, that means getting to know you as a person! Once that’s done, we’ll hop on a consult call or meet up to chat. Throughout our conversation, we’ll talk about what’s important to you and the details of your day. If after we’ve chatted you decide I’m the one to capture your day, we’ll move on to the next steps.
Nashville Elopement Packages
As a Nashville elopement photographer and former elopement bride myself, I understand the complexities that can come with planning an elopement. These events are not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. And that’s why I love elopements. They’re unique to the couple, and filled with adventure. Because of this, I offer couples a few different package options to consider.
Hourly Package
The hourly package is the perfect choice for a couple that has planned a quick elopement ceremony. Maybe at the courthouse, in their backyard, etc. The hourly package is great for quick ceremony shots, and a couple of couples portraits.
The Jasmine Package
One of the most popular Nashville elopement packages is my Jasmine Package. This elopement package includes four hours of elopement coverage, a Nashville elopement photographer, and a Nashville elopement videographer. You’ll also receive a highlight film of your dream day, general Nashville recommendations to enjoy after you elope, and 50 miles of included travel to your ceremony spot from Downtown Nashville.
The Dahlia Package – Top Nashville Elopement Packages
Lastly my favorite package, the Dahlia Package. This elopement package is a great option for the couple planning a full day of adventure, with 8 hours of elopement coverage, one Nashville elopement photographer, and one Nashville elopement videographer. You will also receive highlight and ceremony films, curated and specific Nashville recommendations to enjoy on your honeymoon, and 100 miles of travel to your ceremony location from Downtown Nashville.
What Happens Next?
What happens after we’ve talked on the phone and you’ve decided you’d like to move forward? First of all, I do a quick happy dance. Then I’ll send over a contract with your chosen package and an invoice via HoneyBook to pay your retainer of 30% of your package rate. Once these two things are signed and paid, I’m all yours!
Hopefully, the breakdowns of these Nashville elopement packages will provide you with insight and make booking your elopement photography that much easier. Have any more questions? Feel free to reach out on Instagram or fill out a contact form here!
