The sun really came out for this Ice Lagoon elopement in Iceland. The weather in Iceland can be unpredictable and is generally colder than you’d expect especially in the summer. I honestly could not believe how perfect this day turned out. Nicole & Will knew they wanted to elope in Iceland after visiting a few years before. They fell in love an ice lagoon in southern Iceland and the black sand beach down the road.

When it came to planning out the elopement we wanted to do it during the summer to get that long golden hour. So we picked August! Leading up to the day it was rainy and freezing. But holy cow did the sun come through for these two love birds. I can not express how grateful we all were that this ice lagoon elopement in Iceland went off without a hitch.
