A Destination Elopement

While I spend most of the year between Nashville and Minneapolis, I love to travel, and being a destination elopement photographer – I get to do just that! When Nadia and Jeremy reached out about their Wrigley Memorial Catalina Island elopement, the timing couldn’t have been better. Whenever I get the opportunity to escape somewhere warm and beachy, I’m there. Catalina Island is one of those spots that can often times get overlooked. However the weather is great, the views are unbeatable and the power that is felt oceanside – simply incredible.

While our couple chose a beautiful location for their elopement, they focused on the meaning behind their day. It was bigger than a pretty dress and yummy food, but their stories together as one. They were so intentional with their planning from the private ceremony, to choosing a location that was meaningful to them. An elopement can be anything you want it to be, and this Wrigley Memorial Catalina Island elopement was unique and perfect for our couple.

Exploring Wrigley Memorial Catalina Island

After a romantic ceremony, I took the couple to around Wrigley Memorial and the Botanical Gardens for more core memory moments. Nadia and Jeremy are such incredible people and the love they share for one another was so evident on their wedding day and now in these photos.
